Patients remain financially responsible for services not covered by the membership agreement, including but not limited to outside laboratory fees, imaging, medications, specialist care, emergency care, hospital care, procedures, wellness services, partner services, and services specifically excluded from the membership agreement.

Wellness, Weight Management, Hormone, Peptide, and Optimization Services

Information about wellness, weight management, hormone therapy, peptide therapy, supplements, injections, and optimization services is educational and does not guarantee a specific outcome.
